Small Bathroom Trash Can with Lid, 1.9 Gallon Slim Soft Close Step, Cream

How do I properly open and close the lid of this trash can?

To open or close the lid of the trash can, please use one of these two methods:

1.Press the center button on the lid – this will allow you to open or close the lid easily.

Note：Please note that pressing the sides of the lid won’t activate the opening or closing mechanism. For best results, make sure to press directly on the center button.

2.Step on the foot pedal for a hands-free option.
