What if my trash can arrives damaged, dented, or has a quality issue?
If your trash can arrives damaged, dented, or develops a product-quality issue, please message our team. We will provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible, such as replacement parts or a full replacement when applicable.
-
Can I use regular small trash bags, or do I need special liners?
Yes. This 5L trash can works with most standard 1–1.5 gallon trash bags, so special liners are not required. The removable inner bucket makes bag changes easy, while the double-layer sleeve helps hold and hide bag edges for a cleaner appearance.
-
Is the lid quiet when opening and closing?
Yes. The soft-close lid lowers gently and quietly at under 30 dB, helping prevent disruptive slamming. It is ideal for bathrooms, bedrooms, nurseries, and shared spaces where you do not want to disturb sleeping family members or pets.
-
Is this stainless steel trash can rust-resistant in a humid bathroom?
Yes. The stainless steel exterior has a protective, rust-resistant finish designed for moisture-prone spaces. It helps resist rust and corrosion from daily bathroom humidity, allowing the trash can to maintain its clean appearance over time.
-
Does the surface show fingerprints, water spots, or scratches easily?
The brushed stainless steel finish resists fingerprints, smudges, and minor scratches. Simply wipe clean with a soft cloth to keep the bin looking neat and polished despite daily use.
